Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may be canceled, and the booking fee will be forfeited. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the service total, same-day cancellations 100% of the service total, and no-shows 100% of the service total, with client termination after one no-show.
